I am sexy! I have been walking on the treadmill and eating less and better food not to mention doing some light weight lifting trying to get in to better shape before summer really hits.
30 minutes a day on the treadmill
Chicken and rice for food and a few this and that just to change it up a little
Light weights twice a day
LOTS of water
These are really the only things I have been doing and actually been able to do with out going overboard onthe exercise. My many injuries keep me from really getting crazy about massive weight loss.
So what are the results you say? So far … a little over a month and a half has passed. I have went from weighing 261 lbs. to right at 238 lbs. …. Unbelievable even to me but the scale does not lie. Unless you are a woman then it lies all the time. I always weigh myself without clothes on so that I don’t have to calculate how many pounds I need to account for to calculate my actual weight. Just get in the buff a few times a day and get an accurate measure of your weight .. it’s just that easy.
So far so good with getting rid of the excess weight. To be honest “I” don’t see it but everyone tells me that I look like I am losing weight. Another thing that tips me off on a daily basis is my waist line. I went out and bought a bunch of new clothes before I started kicking in the weight loss plan and now nothing fits. Seriously this is ridiculous. All the stuff I got for Christmas and my Birthday are hanging off my but .. yes even with a belt on.
The only complaint that I have about all this exercise and weight loss is that sometimes I get a little light headed when I don’t get enough food. I’m going to get tested for diabetes. Just in case.

Be careful about losing the weight too fast. Initially a lot of that weight is water because you lose the glycogen (glucose stored) in your muscles which holds a lot of water.
I hear that a lot .. I have been trying to be careful even though I See the fat melting away as well. I hope that in the end I will be healthy and skinny at the same time!!
