As many people around us know we have become obsessed with losing weight. We have been exercising and eating better … except for the occasional birthday party … and so far we are doing pretty good at shedding some unwanted pounds.
I have tried weight loss pills as well to curve the appetite and cravings late at night. I think eating before 4PM is key for us because we have been eating very late at night for years and that is not helping at all.
There are a few steps that you can follow that will help you get rid of some weight if you are looking for a method that will work for you. This seems to be working very well for both of us …
- Eat between the hours of 7AM and 4PM, no latter than 4PM
- Drink Water, No less than 1/2 gallon of water a day, Try for 1 whole gallon (it’s not as hard as you think)
- If you have severe food cravings like for twinkies and sweets try a weight loss pill to curve your appetite
- Schedule in 30 minute exercise like walking, jogging, and do this at least 3 times a week to start

there are a tons of
diet plans out there, some methods work for you, some dont.. your diet method does look promising.. its wonderful to hear that it works for you (@ern)… it is essential (and i feel strongly about this), that you find the perfect diet paired with a perfect exercise routine that works for you. something that you like and enjoy… there are lots who attempt to start dieting but end up ditching the plan because it does not fit his/her lifestyle… there you go… first find something that fits you then incorporate it in your lifestyle..
