Waking up is hard to do some mornings. Sometimes you lay in bed and think … just a few more minutes. What is is that makes us want to stay in bed and just lay there? There is no real sleeping going on just laying.
Some mornings there is so much to get up and get going for yet still we sleep. The alarm goes off … you hit snooze ten times and by the time you are done you are running late so you must hurry to get out of bed and start your day.
Does your internal clock wake you up? Telling you that it’s time to move your ass! And yet you still lay there oblivious to the noises around you. The smell of coffee usually gets me moving faster. Maybe instead of an alarm clock we should get an automatic coffee maker and set it for the morning wakeup.
