Still not getting mail

I finally talked to the post office worker yesterday and she assured me that next time I see the mail man at our cbu mailboxes putting our mail away I can rest assured that he is actually delivering our mail. We have not received our mail regularly in over a year now. Every day we go to the post office and ask for our mail and they say that it should have been delivered. Key word there being should. Yet we still have been having problems for over a year and supposedly there was a 10 day hold on our mail for not picking it up every day. I call bull S because I am here every day all day long and I get the mail every day. There is really nothing else that we can do to get our mail delivered. We are at the mercy of the post man. There is not even anything criminal that he is doing by holding our mail and sending it back. The postal service is above the law.
