Coffee and Cream

What makes a good cup of coffee that much better? Creamer. Last night I ran out of creamer. I wanted to make sure that I didn’t drink my first cup of coffee this morning without cream so I asked if someone would pick up creamer at the store when they went for smokes this morning. I didn’t start the coffee pot until I was sure that cream was on its way.

Last night was a little on the same track as a good cup of coffee. All it needed was some good creamer and we would have been golden. We started the Coffee and Beer show last night for the first time live and I wasn’t real impressed with what happened. There was more argument and hurt feelings than anything else. The show went so well last night that one of the hosts took down their myspace page because of all the ignorance that went down on the live chat. I know as one of the hosts that there should have been more control over what was being put on as content but everything seemed to move to a no holds barred comantary after a short time.

I am still looking forward to doing more shows but having access to the show like they did last night will be strictly prohibited. We have enough people to moderate a little better and that is what we are going to do. Besides .. we have the greatest hosts right here in the studio every time .. we just need to talk them into doing it.

So this morning will go without cream in my coffee. Tomorrow will be a new day and there will be more cream for the coffee. I can’t wait. Milk just doesn’t do the trick when it comes to a good cup of coffee. You have got to have the right cream or things can be disastrous.
