Tomorrow is Valentines Day and the ones we love will be getting candy and flowers. Should not the ones we love get flowers and candy on any other day? It seems that only one day out of the whole year is set aside for those who have crushes and flirts are given a chance to show their interest in the other person.
Days of the year that get people to buy up all those boxes of chocolate and all the flowers that are about to wilt are what my babe calls “Corporate Holidays” and I hope she remembers that when I don’t give her the traditional heart shaped box of chocolate and roses bought on the corner of the road.
I think this year we will do something a little different. Something more geared toward our relationship and our wallets.
And by the way THIS IS MY 200th POST. I found that out just now!!
